This apple, cinnamon sour mash was a collaboration with Ben Flerchinger. 120 pounds of Granny Smith apples and a pound of cinnamon were added to the kettle of this crimson colored ale. Fruity and dry with a slight tart twinge. 7.0% ABV
A lager brewed with cherries.
We brewed this Czech Style Pilsener using 20 lbs per barrel of Montmorency Cherries. It's clean and crisp with bready malt notes, followed by a pie cherry-like finish. 5.4% ABV, 35 IBUs
India Wheat Ale with Pineapple and Lime.
This version of the Tiki Club is based around a moderately hopped India Wheat Ale. We combined a unique blend of real fruit (Mango, Pineapple and Lime) along with fruity Denali and Citra hops. The overall impression is tropical, juicy and hoppy, with just a hint of tartness. 7% ABV, 40 IBU.
Mango Sticky Rice
A beer brewed to mimic the sweet and savory flavors of one of our favorite deserts! This is a strong blonde ale made with toasted rice, malted oats, lactose sugar and toasted coconut. It is conditioned for several weeks on Champagne mangoes, and then infused with lime zest, vanilla bean and a touch of sea salt. 6.8% Abv.

A sour gose that's tart, fruity, complex, and delicious. The sour, salty base beer brings the funky refreshment, while the heavy dose of blood oranges & hibiscus turns the whole thing into a wall-to-wall citrus fiesta, with tart, floral notes from the hibiscus adding beautifully to the profile.

Based on a concept developed by brewer Whitney Burnside and NewSchoolBeer.com's Ezra Johnson-Greenough that combines a tropical citrus-forward American Sour with a cream ale using lactose. Brewed with Key Lime Juice and zest as an entry for the Portland Fruit Beer Festival. 5.5% Abv and 10 IBU's.

After 16 years, Laurelwood Brewing Co is forced back in to battle when the outside forces encroach on the ``Island`` of ``Little Beirut``. A small force of 7 was lionized in the beer press and became an icon of what the Fruit Beer Festival movement was about!
